(New York City) Account Manager – BtoB opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus to sell display, online and events advertising. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience and a successful track record in selling integrated packages across multiple properties. They must also be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Responsibilities include development of new accounts, servicing existing clients and networking to promote presence in the territory. Position requires travel, completion of a high-volume of outbound calls and management of an existing account base. The Account Manager must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, following existing corporate strategy and contributing to new strategy as the business environment changes. The Account Manager must be responsible, well-spoken, professional, and enthusiastic about selling services in the technology market. Must have familiarity with back-office technologies, experience in selling to a wide range of clients in the Information Technology and Information Technology services sector. Marketing experience a plus.
