(Greater New York City Area) Sr. Analyst, Advertising Sales Support – One of best known and widely read magazines has an immediate opening in its midtown New York City office for a Sr. Analyst.
Must have strong excel and analytical skills, excellent math and communication (both verbal and written) skills, be detail oriented, work well under extreme pressure and tight deadlines. Requires 3+ years of related experience to work closely with the New York and Regional sales teams.
The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance to sales offices for all advertising pricing and RFP completion; completing advertiser history analysis for high level negotiations and working directly with VP/Director Sales Support and Chief Operating Officer; approving discounts at established levels and non-premium positioning requests; assisting with the resolution of billing discrepancies and quarterly advertising billing review to Finance department; checking/confirming rates on ad contracts for booked business. Bachelor’s degree required.
