(NYC) Marketing Associate – Marketing AssociateNew York
Established financial company is looking for an experienced marketing associate to support the efforts of the marketing team.
Responsibilities
Convey Sales strategies by publishing timely marketing materials in assorted mediums (print, web, e-mail) and formulating relevant messaging to clients.
Maintain brand in every aspect of marketing from our website to 3rd party reprints to presentations and fund brochures as well as all internal communications
Responsible for website, post updates, control adviser registration process and update monthly and quarterly fund data.
Create blast emails sent to over 10,000 financial advisers requiring knowledge of HMTL
Assist in the development of the text and visual illustrations through charts and tables for company newsletters.
Aid in the updating of marketing collateral
Involvement in ordering and maintaining licenses for press reprints and video
Requirements
Undergraduate degree is required
3 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry
Fixed income product knowledge desired
Experience in marketing new product launches
Current working knowledge of HTML as well as Microsoft Product Suite.
Experience managing popular CMS installations including document upload
Excellent marketing and communication skills.
Intrinsically motivated team player with a strong and detail-oriented work ethic.
Series 7 license preferred.
