Sales Account Executive - Sponsorship Engagement

(NYC) Sales Account Executive - Sponsorship Engagement – Company seeking a Sales Account Executive- Sponsorship Engagement. This position is responsible for selling program sponsorships to targeted companies that are in alignment with the objectives of the targeted conference. This role will utilize multiple sales channels, such as targeted emails, in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking events, to articulate the educational and business development value inherent in senior-level conference programming and sponsorship. 

Responsibilities:
• Outreach to prospective companies to build the business case
• Secure sponsorship for upcoming conferences and cross-sell sponsorships to maximize revenue
• Manage numerous ongoing relationships with senior-level executives and have the ability to multi-task seamlessly
• Organize follow-up and facilitate feedback cycles, pre-program and post-program
• Create, submit and review sponsorship proposals with prospective firms
• Develop sales pitches tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our programs
• Continuous development of subject matter and core practice areas to build the case for participation
