Human Resources Support/Office Manager

 

(NY, NY)  Medical Communications Company in New York seeking a full-time HR Support/Office Manager.  The Manager will offer a wide range of HR support including policies, procedures, payroll, and recruitment, as well as provide office management and maintain working environment and relationships.

Responsibilities:

·        Point of contact for general employee queries

·        Implement employee policies and procedures, as well as support HR team

·        Provide service and advice to management on daily relations and employee performances

·        Manage the recruitment process and ongoing relationships with agencies

·        Prepare payroll and support payroll queries

·        Ensure health and safety procedures and training are implemented

·        Office administration including daily operations, supplies, and social events

 

Qualifications:

·        Over 4 years of relevant experience

·        Expertise in office management and HR policies/procedures

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Payroll and Sage 200 experience

·        Punctuality and positivity
