Senior Digital Marketing Manager

(New Jersey) An education marketing services and technology company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to support the Director of Marketing & Partnerships. Successful candidates will support the team in optimizing the website as well as campaigns specific to one or more media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new onsite targeted advertising campaigns utilizing DoubleClick
  • Set up and run A/B testing on website to optimize revenue
  • Working with the technology team, execute site enhancements to improve overall UX as well as revenue optimization  
  • Build, optimize, and scale organic and social media campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives
  • Drive campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and shifting resources to top performing campaign elements
  • Meet and beat the organic revenue goals set by the organization
  • Responsible for generating all organic & site driven KPIs for partners
  • Prepare regular reports across all revenue channels generated by the business

 Qualifications

  • Must have achieved a Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 – 10+ years online marketing experience
  • Management experience in managing campaigns, revenue lines or individuals
  • Familiarity with the levers that impact CPA, CPC, and LTV
