Creative Director

(Greenwich, CT) Healthcare agency seeking a new Creative Director. This role will be responsible for all aspects of creative, branding and production of web-based and print content deliverables. Must be open to working in a small team-based environment.


  • Create and maintains graphics used to support print and web-based medical content including bar charts, schematics, graphs, etc.

  • Design and implements tools used to enhance medical content

  • Design and implements website banner ads

  • Create layout and graphics for print deliverables

  • Conduct image searches

  • Document design specifications and follows branding guidelines

  • Manage external partners and vendors

  • HTML development of responsive email campaigns

  • Update website content in custom CMS


  • 5+ years’ experience as Creative Director

  • Experience and understanding of CMS and PHP

  • Formal design training with BFA minimum

  • Demonstrate ability to work in various forms of media: print, large format, digital, web and email marketing

  • Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques

  • Up to date on the latest rends in web design and social media

  • In-depth knowledge of brand development
