During this part of the search process, we keep in regular contact with the client to give updates as well as receive valuable feedback on our progress. A series of internal meetings and detailed interviews are conducted during the candidate identification process and a list of prospects is presented to the client with comprehensive evaluations included for each candidate. At this time, we move to the employer interview part of the search phase.
